What?
All sessions are 1 hour in length.
Strength, HIIT or yoga flow/mobility sessions available.
(If a shorter session is required we can discuss).PT session: 1 hour inclusive of warm up, workout, 10 min cool down and stretch. Strength, cardiovascular or 50/50 focused sessions based on your goals.
Stretch/mobility work session: 1 hour yoga flow, assisted stretch and mobility work session, based on your goals wether it be increased mobility, flexibility or joint strength.
Online customised programs available as well as face to face sessions.
A complimentary consultation will take place before commencing sessions to fully understand the clients goals and preferences when training

I am available Monday-Friday with availability on weekends. Preferences to be discussed in consultation.
Experience
Master trainer, qualified personal trainer with 8 years experience as a group fitness instructor and 1-1 Personal trainer
Cert 4 in performing arts, currently completing 200HR yoga teacher trainer
26 years of dance training with 12 years working as a professional dancer throughout Australia, Asia, America and the UK.
